Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?

A light vacuuming in the high traffic areas is recommended but not required. 


Do you move furniture?

Yes. We will move most furniture if it can be moved safely. We recommend you remove items like electronics, plants, lamps, etc. that can fall easily. We will not move electronics, pianos, china cabinets, pool tables, or most items over 50 lbs. 


How long will it take to clean my carpet?

It will approximately take 15-30 minutes to clean the carpet in one standard size room. Time varies based on the amount of furniture to be moved, the carpet condition, size, room configuration and if spot treatments are needed. 


Do you guarantee removal of all stains in my carpet?

We cannot guarantee we will be able to remove all stains. Certain substances can permanently discolor your carpet. The age and type of carpet also plays a factor. We will try our best to remove as many stains as possible. 


How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

With proper air circulation, carpets should dry between 1-4 hours.
